In this article socially-hygienic aspects of some ways of the decision of a problem of optimization of water delivery for the Odessa’population are analysed. The analysis is executed within the limits of the concept the WHO/OON of "risk management» in the water delivery. On materials of own researches and data of the literature perspective of application of such approach for consideration of a problem of optimization of water supply of the population has been proved - in historical aspect, for the analysis of innovations and the forecast of efficiency of their application.
