Editorial ethics

Editorial ethics applies to the relationship between editorial experts, editor, authors, as well as the rules for assessing the scientific and practical value of the manuscript, its compliance with scope and format of the journal.
The basic ethics principles are obligatory for all parties involved in the publishing process.

Responsibility of the Editor:

      • Decide on the publication of the article
      • Confidentiality
      •  Investigation of ethical complaints

Responsibility of the Authors:

      • Guaranteeing the authorship of the work
      • Originality and avoiding plagiarism
      • Timely information about errors in the editor published works

Responsibility of Reviewers:

      • Confidentiality
      • Recognition of the sources
      • Objectivity
      • Participation in the decisions of the editorial board

Each author is required to declare his or her individual contribution to the article: all authors must have materially participated in the research and/or article preparation, so roles for all authors should be described. The statement that all authors have approved the final article should be true and included in the disclosure.
Editorial board ensures compliance with ethical standards adopted by the international scientific community.
Article submitted for publication must include the author’s new scientific results that have never been published before.
To conduct peer review of articles reviewers may be, as members of the editorial board, as well as scientists and experts from other organizations.
Two independent experts are invited to review the manuscript.
Peer review is confidential, except the statements about the unreliability of the reviewer or the falsification of materials contained in the article.
If corrections are required, article is sent to the author for revision and must be returned as corrected within a month.
The editors keep the right to reject articles for the inability or unwillingness of the author to take into account the wishes of the publisher. The decision whether the publication is accepted after reviewing is made by the editor, and if necessary – editors.
All questions related to possible plagiarism or falsification of the results is considered by the editorial board, as well as disputes about authorship.
In the case of confirmation of plagiarism or falsification the article will be immediately rejected.
