ABOUT THE STRUCTURE AND MOLECULES DYNAMIC IN PURE WATER

The model  of  interaction and dynamics of molecules in water within the theory of Jahn-Teller effect is offered in this review. It’s shown that the main contribution to properties of water bring collectivized librational vibrations of molecules. This review generalizes the literary sources and previous works of the author.

СаСО3 CRYSTALLIZATION FROM THE LIQUID SYSTEMS. DYNAMIC MODEL

Kinetic equation (k. e.) of CaCO3 precipitation from calcium-hydrocarbonate systems (CHCS) has been formulated. The form of k.e. and the processes in CHCS depends upon pH within 6<pH<9.5 k. e. is expressed by bicarbonate index. It has been shown that the process of total crystallization from beginning to the end is controlled by diffusion. At the final stage of the process metastable state of CHCS is formed.

STABILIZING OF THE WATER DISPERSIBLE SYSTEMS

Questions are considered on the mechanism of stabilizing of the natural dispersible systems at treatment surface-active substance (SAS) and high molecular compounds. Pictures are developed of primary influence structurally – mechanical factor in the processes of stabilizing of silica-alumina water dispersions. Distinctions are certain in kinetics of adsorption of macromols of carboxymethylcellulose (СМС), oxiethylcellulose (OEC), carboxyl methyl oxy cellulose (CMOEC) from water solutions on montmorillonite, exposing nature of adsorption co-operation. The features of stabilizing of silicate suspensions are rotined low-molecular (SAS) polymers. At the persorption of low-molecular SAS there is forming of monolayer round the particles of dispersible phase and polimolekulyarnaya adsorption shows up. As compared to them the persorption of macromols is insignificant and carried out as segments. On results the conducted researches Patent of Ukraine is got. The compositions are steady to salt and temperature of borings liquids was developed on the basis of CMC and its derivatives tested at experimental-industrial areas PA «Ukrneft’» and PA «Turkmengazprom».

USE OF NON-OXIDIZING POLYMERIC REAGENT FOR TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER AND CREATION OF TURNAROUND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM OF FACTORY

Results of use of polymeric non-oxidizing reagent (“Aquaton”: poly-(hexamethylene diamine, guanidinium hydrochloride) – EU; polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride – RU) for treatment of wastewater and creation of factory turnaround water supply system were shown. It was shown that use of reagent “Aquaton” allows to achieve satisfying degree of water treatment and prevent microbial growth in turnaround system and sediments.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE DOUBLE-STAGED SEAWATER MEMBRANE DESALINATION SYSTEM STRUCTURE

Optimization of industrial membrane seawater demineralization process is discussed in the paper. Applying mathematical model of membrane separation and modern optimization methods optimal structure and working parameters of the double-staged membrane system have been found. Analysis of the optimization results allowed revealing economical appropriateness of the double-stage architecture application for membrane demineralization of seawater with different total dissolved solids level.

THE APPLICATION AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HIGH PURIFY WATER FEATURE

The review of existent methods of high-purity water production in industrial conditions is given. It is shown, that electro-ion-exchange technology is the alternative to the use of mixed-bed polisher. The evaluation of the methods of post-treatment stage efficiency increasing in MBP is performed. The correlation between the charging rate of particles of ion-exchangers and the ion-exchangers mixed media expansion degree is set. The criterion of determination of the optimum conditions of ion-exchangers mixture separation during the regeneration of MBP is set. The results of investigations of the cation- and anion-exchange resins mixture separation conditions on a pilot plant are given.

BIOLOGICAL REMOVING OF TOTAL ORGANIC CARBON FROM RIVER WATER

Possibility of substantial improvement of the river water quality with the use biological method is set. During the process more than 75 % total organic carbon is removing from the water. It is shown that bio-conveyer technology of organic impurities removing from the water and biologically stable water producing need the follow-up study.
